Yeast starter with one packet of US-05 into 1L of wort
Yeast added when fermenter reached approx. 24 (C)
Fermented at 18 (C) for three days
Increased fermentation temp to 20 (C) for two days
Increased fermentation temp to 21 (C) for final day
Bottled on day seven.
