Both a bit cloudy, darkness is a little more roasty at this point & notty is a little smoother, but slightly more tart in comparison, but not so much that I think it would be noticed on it's own. 12-1 pm add 8oz brewers best toasted coconut chips to Nottingham batch in 2 stainless mesh canisters while purging head space. 12-4 66, keg via pressure transfer into starsan purge kegs. Burst carb at 30psi for 28hrs. Disconnect gas 24hrs. Both kegs basically full. Coconut flavor more present than aroma, but at a nice level. Definitely noticable, but not overdone. Could maybe come up a touch?
