Notes
Faire starter deux jours avant.
Eventuellement transférer dans deux fermenteurs car avec une telle quantité de sucres fermentiscibles, un débordement est probable.
Prévoir blow off.
Commencer à 17° et augmenter d’1° chaque jour jusque 21°C.
