Brewed 3/18/23 Mash water 170 162 strike 149 mash temp 5.5ph 1.042 pre boil gravity 1.049 starting gravity 11.25 gallons yield pinch and ferment at 50 degrees Fermentation was visibly active 3/20 Increased temp to 60 degrees on 3/27
