Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for WLP007 at 66.0C Yeast: WLP007. 504B required. 2L + 2L starter due to cracked 5L flask. NO MORE DIRECT HEATING, boil it in a pan then transfer hot. Mr Tasty water
