Notes
Pre-Boil OG was 1.063, so added 3 litres water to bring it down to 1.055.
Had a nightmare with the boiler cutting out - next time get some citric acid and clean the boiler with it and wire wool after the next batch!
Final OG was 1.054 in 16 litres (after lots of transfer loss etc) so added an extra 0.5 litres water to take the OG down to 1.052.
