damn delicious!!!! caramel notes with a satisfing refreshing acidic finish.

Notes

batch one 1.040 og and 4.5-4.7 gal. future sparge more... 60 min mash at 155, no screen in anvil. kinda gummy mash sparge was kinda slow but not horrible . pitched german yeast at 75f... should get colder...need better cooling and temp controll for fermentation.
