15NOV2022: ADDED ANCIENT MEAD SPICES FOR 3 DAYS FOR FLAVORING. ADDED 1 PACKAGE OF DRIED MANGO TO FLAVOR THE WHOLE 5 GALLON BATCH. EXPERIMENTING WITH A FLAVORED ANCIENT MEAD.
