FERMENTING TO DRY, THEN ADDING HONEY AND FLVOURING. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 15NOV2022: AFTER SECONDARY CLEARING, AND BOTTLING 5 GALLONS INTO ONE CONTAINER, AND 1 GALLON INTO 6.5-001 PLAIN, AND 6.5-001 WITH 0.5LB DRIED CHERRIES FOR 3 WEEKS.
