Initially strong hop aroma but it definitely fades fast. Hopefully enough remains for advent tasting on Dec 5

Second time with new S40, hit numbers almost bang on
Single crushed grains at .4.
Set S40 on W end of 6’ table, not under pulley
.85g trub left over. Lots of grain material left over but nice cone in the middle.
Fermentation activity present: 24 hrs later
Tilt way off 1.016 vs 1.012 near end due to dry hop

Day 0:(Sun-O30) Pitch 1 pack of S05 at 11:30am OG 1.045 set temp at 19c in ferm chamber with Tilt
(Goal: @ 1.016-18 (~60% attenuation) add dry hop charge)
Day 2:(Tues-N1) 11:45pm, (2.5 days in) Gravity 1.022(H), Atten: 50%, dropped 2oz dry hop, air purged hop can through air lock plug hole. Lots of air lock bubbling activity
Day 4:(Th-N3) 5am turned up to 21
Day 10:(Wed-N9) 9pm, turned down to .5c. Bladder didn’t shrink so Fermonster wasn’t sealing…
Day 12:(Fri-N11) 1pm, FG 1.012, closed transfer to keg, put on second system at ~40psi in fermentation chamber @ 2.5c
Day 13:(Sa-N12) 5am, replace hazy on main system at 12psi
Day 20:(Sa-N19) Carbed and drinkable
Day 26:(Fr-N25) Bottle 24 for EHG exchange
Day 27:(Sa-N26) Drop off for exchange
Day 36:(Mo-D5) Get feedback from EHG
Day 61:(Th-D29) Kicked the keg -This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
