Notes

Mash 70 min @ 154F First time using all grain with no bag. It will be interesting to see how it comes out. MASH NOTES: 3 gal mash water 4 gal sparge @ 168 Not enough sparge water to get 6 gal to boil. I had to use hot tap water to rinse grains. BOIL NOTES: Uneventful. All additions as planned. Two hot sticks to get it up to a boil, then one to maintain rolling boil. (1500 watts) Came out really light in mouth feel. Flavor and finish very clean, almost too clean.
