Taste Notes

Compared to one another, the blanc had an almost bread/grain finish to it. Aged, it tasted much better. In the beginning it had sort of an off flavor. the classique didn't add too much of a flavor at all from the yeast. It really accentuated the honey. the rouge was very similar to the classique, except the color of the mead was darker and less gold.
