Taste Notes
THE MUST STALLED AT AROUND 1.015, SODA IS NOT A GREAT ENVIRONMENT FOR THE YEAST TO BE HONEST. BUT THIS WAS A FUN EXPERIMENT. IT LEFT WITH A SLIGHTLY MUTED ROOT BEER TASTE. NEXT TIME I WANT IT TO FINISH TO 1.000 SO I CAN SWEETEN WITH HONEY AND GET SOME MORE FLAVOR IN THERE. I WILL EVENTUALLY TRY ALL THE SODAS I CAN, IT IS FUN.Notes

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS WILL TURN OUT, BUT HERE GOES...
2-2 LITERS OF A&W ROOT BEER, FILLING TO THE POINT WHERE IT WILL BE FULL WITH ENOUGH HONEY
ROOT BEER GRAVITY = 1.045
TO GET TO 1.12, 2.1LB OF HONEY IS NEEDED
ADDED 2.1LB HONEY AND AERATED WITH DRILL STIRRING TOOL
ADDED FLEISCHMANS YEAST STARTER, SG 1.10
