Taste Notes
Great color from the hibiscus flowers. Next time I am going to use a ton more to get that super red color I was going for. The Juniper berries and the grains of paradise added a ton of tannin, and with the high alcohol content I would recommend adding some sweetness or some fruit to even it out.
My next batch using this will have raspberry for a fruit addition in the secondary, to complemet the red color I am looking for as well.Notes
