Taste Notes

The moving truck gods were not smiling on me this day... I was able to save about 10oz from the bucket and it was delicious. Fuity aroma, a little sweeter than I wanted, but that might be because it wasn't all the way fermented. I am definitely going to try some more of this style yeast as a traditional in the future because of the awesome fruity flavors it adds.
