Taste Notes
1. Orange peel and black cardamom was a great flavor combination. The flavor bible coming in cluth on this as usual. It was strong in the flavors, but I really enjoyed it and they were not overpowering.
2. Juniper berry and allspice remained cloudy even 1 year after bottling. Not sure why, but it was great tasting. Juniper berry and allspice really tasted like the holidays and could have been mulled for sure.
3. Ginger, lemon peel, mint, after aging a few months and then a year tasting the mint was undetectable. The ginger remained strong and the lemon faded a bit too. So noting that ginger does not tone down over time!Notes
