Taste Notes

Note to self, stabilize.... The amount of carbonation makes it almost undrinkable, but mixed with any juice half and half is quite tasty.

Notes

Botched yeast starter using Lalvin D47, using Muntons E491 yeast in the batch. 1.122 target SG Racked 05APR2021 into multiple 1 Gallon glass carboys with Gravity at 1.01: 1. 1G#1: added 1oz Mango flavor from brewers best, added 3lb honey, SG 1.060 2. 1G#2: added 1oz natural raspberry flavoring from brewers best, +2lb honey, SG 1.080 3. 1G#3: added 0.5lb honey, SG 1.035 4. 1G#4: nothing added, used for watering down the others 16APR2021: Combined Mango + 1G#4 = 1GMT 10MAY2021: HB1- no disernable mango flavour, added 1oz raspberry flavouring, sorbated and bottled into 12oz bottles 1.122-1.01 Estimated 16%(don't believe it though...) **********************************************************************************************************************
