Taste Notes

SWEET MEAD AT 1.030, THE SWEETEST I HAVE EVER MADE. IT IS A GOOD COMPLEMENT TO THE CARROT, WHICH DOESN'T HAVE MUCH CHARACTER ON IT'S OWN, AND THE GINGER WASN'T AS UP FORWARD AS I WANTED. I HAD OTHERS EXPRESS THEIR APPROVAL WITH A LOT OF GINGER, LIKE GINGER TEA LEVELS, SO I WILL USE BENCH TRIALS NEXT TIME I DO GINGER MEAD. THAT SAID, PROBABLY GOING TO STICK WITH THE CLASSIC LIME-GINGER COMBINATION.
