Bochet was very simple to make, and came out great in my opinion. It flew off my shelf like hotcakes and I have to make a new batch soon. Maybe I will try some chocolate nibs in the next one.Notes
19SEP2021: BOCHET BAKERS SPECIAL HONEY, 3LB, IN CROCK POT ON HIGH FOR 3 HRS. LEFT OVERNIGHT, THEN PUT THE BATCH TOGETHER WITH OVERNIGHT STARTER AS WELL.
21SEP2021: AERATE AND ADDED FERMAID O, 5G
22SEP2021: AERATE AND ADDED FERMAID O 6G
03OCT2021: RACKED TO POST FERMENTATION, ADDED 3G BENTONITE, STABILIZED.
