First attempt at cyser:
Had a lot of help utilizing the flavor bible and some other books in flavor combinations. Vanilla/cinnamon was the best overall.
The allspice - raisin was very tart, but not too tart to enjoy. I personally like the more tart/tannin ones.
Regular flavor let me know that I can probably find a different yeast to use for some more flavor combinations in the future.Notes
