Taste Notes

Rich flavored dry Stout that is very simple to make with a low ABV% to allow unhindered full liter enjoyment with a big hunk of prime rib steak.

Notes

A very simple all grain beer that produces a unique smoky Guiness-style taste. All wort transfers from primary fermenter thru final keg were done with a closed transfer system, allowing no air contact with wort.
