Notes

Starter of 2 cups light DME into 2L boiling water at 7 am on 4/3. O.G was 1.044. Frothed over some. 24 hours later placed in fridge. Mash tun overflowed by .25-.5 gallons. Adjust mash tun volume to 4.5 next time. Mash temperature was 150. recipe called for 4.5lbs but only used 4lbs of white wheat malt
