Taste Notes
This is a very easy drinking Ale perfect for summer quaffing.
Not over the top with the hops, it's a single hop variety beer with additions at 30 and 15mins to approx 35IBU's.
IMPORTANT: This recipe is "no chilled" (cubed wort left to cool overnight before transferring to fermenter and pitching)
If you are using a chiller, change the additions to 60 and 30mins. IBU's will show higher of course....
