Notes
A single hop brew. Attempting to make it not overly hoppy, so wife will drink, but also not too boring. So toned down the biterness but did a little bit of flameout hopping. Hopefully a quaffable summer drinker.
Flameout hops in for (before straining): fogot to time. About 15min?
6.5l from pan after boil and straining.
OG 147 @ 21deg
Took quite a long time cool. Didn't let pan cool enough before transferring and didn't have nearly enough cold water (was mostly room temp). Let it cool further in fv in ice bath for until 25deg which was same temp as rehydrated yeast had prepared. Prob about an hour cooling. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
