Notes

Based on Sweetwater 420 clone from beersmithrecipes.com 30min into mash, temp read 148. Added 2 gal to bring temp back up to 51 for ~30 min. Pretty low gravity dring sparging - started at 15, but stayed around 7 for the last hour.

I also made this with C-120. I think it was too dark and will be using C-80 or C-90 on the next one. It was still good and most liked it.
