March 29, 2014 Brewed with Mac today. Everything went well. Hit our mash temps. Everything was sanitized correctly and we did everything as hoped. Used a hop sack for all of the pellet hops. Used a clip to clip it to the side of the pot. Worked really well to add multiple additions of pellet hops!!! OG - 1.080
