Notes

1 tsp burton water salt in water 2 tsp calcium chloride 1/4 tsp of lactic acid 1 tbs mash stabilized in mash next time put water salt in with mash 2nd attempt 5 gal pre boil 1.044 1.5 tsp burton water salt 1/2 tsp lactic 2.5 tsp of calcium collected 6.5 gal of wort at hour mash with 5 gal of water and about 4 for sparge. Wort tasted similar to the first time.
