1.0 pkgs San Diego Super Yeast (White Labs #WLP090) Yeast 10

Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 78.2% AA for WLP090 at 66.7C. (Lowered from 66.9 to 66.7 due to a starter rather than slurry.) Yeast: WLP090, starter. New Purepitch Next Gen looks to contain 150B cells when packaged. Assuming a starter based on 150B cells and a manufacturing date 6 months earlier than the expiry date: 515B cells required. 3L + 2L starter should give around 569B based on worst case stirplate calcs. Mr Tasty water Not really a British Golden Ale, but the idea is that it's the same recipe as Jim's green hop ale but with WLP090 and American hops. Changes from AG#152 to AG#153 - Dropped Munich from 10% to 7% as slightly sweet tasting, increased ratio from 0.69 to 0.72. Changed hop mix to match that used in Cat's Arse AG#151. IT'S VERY VERY GOOD, BUT TOO BITTER, REVERT TO 0.7 RATIO + CONSIDER IMPACT OF LATE HOP ADDIITIONS ON THESE, ESPECIALLY NON-DRY-HOPPED BEERS.
