Notes

Yeast: Pick one of the 3 yeasts. Ferment cold, and lager. Hops: Pick any hallertau variety except blanc. Keep the 10 minute addition as 1/2 ounce, and adjust the 60 minute to keep your total IBU's around 26-27. Grain: Here's the fun part! Add more smoked or pils, however you wish, but reduce the other proportionally.
