Taste Notes

First time with new S40 Single crushed grains at .4. Set S40 on W end of 6’ table under pulley Pulley not required but the foot stool helped. 20” table would be nice. .85g trub left over. Lots of grain material left over but nice cone in the middle. Thought I had fuggles… pivoted to Hallertau Mittelfrue last minute. Fermentation activity present: next morning
