First time with new S40
Single crushed grains at .4.
Set S40 on W end of 6’ table under pulley
Pulley not required but the foot stool helped.
20” table would be nice.
.85g trub left over. Lots of grain material left over but nice cone in the middle.
Thought I had fuggles… pivoted to Hallertau Mittelfrue last minute.

Day 4:(Th-S1) 7am turned up to 21
Day 6:(Sat-S3) 10am, turned down to .5c
Day 8:(Mo-S5) 5pm, FG 1.014, closed transfer to keg, put on second system at ~35psi
Day 9:(Tu-S6) 7am, turned down to 12psi
Day 19:(Fr-S16) Carbed and drinkable??
