Taste Notes

Aroma- Tropical, albeit mild. No grain evident in aroma Taste- Tropical punch up front, followed by Maris Otter note mid- to late- as it washes over the tongue. Not too sweet, but enough to balance the hops. Mild lingering bitterness follows the finish. Simple, but very enjoyable. Mouthfeel- 2.5 volumes is perfect, finishes quite dry. Makes you want to sip again quickly. Overall- Really enjoyable light quaffable beer that has a nice hop aroma and dry finish. Improvements- If I were to brew this again, the only change I would make is to add more hops late in the boil. They were a bit mild and a stronger aroma and flavor would be nice. Maybe add another ounce throughout the last 15 minutes of the boil and an additional ounce during dry hopping. Definitely would make again.
