Taste Notes
Aroma- Tropical, albeit mild. No grain evident in aroma
Taste- Tropical punch up front, followed by Maris Otter note mid- to late- as it washes over the tongue. Not too sweet, but enough to balance the hops. Mild lingering bitterness follows the finish. Simple, but very enjoyable.
Mouthfeel- 2.5 volumes is perfect, finishes quite dry. Makes you want to sip again quickly.
Overall- Really enjoyable light quaffable beer that has a nice hop aroma and dry finish.
Improvements- If I were to brew this again, the only change I would make is to add more hops late in the boil. They were a bit mild and a stronger aroma and flavor would be nice. Maybe add another ounce throughout the last 15 minutes of the boil and an additional ounce during dry hopping. Definitely would make again. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
