Day 1:(Fr-J29) 1:45pm Pitch 1 pack Krispy in Fermonster on the summer garage floor with cold crash bladder installed
Day 10:(Tu-A8) 6pm, 1.012, 72% attenuated, moved Fermonster to fermentation chamber to initiate cold crash
Day 12:(We-A10) 11am Closed transfer to Corny keg and put onto kegerator II system at 14psi
Day 15:(Fr-A12) Carbed and drinkable?
