Day 1:(Xx-Xx) Xpm Pitch 1 pack S-04 in Fermonster in the fermentation chamber with heat belt and cold crash bladder installed and inkbird set at 20c.
Day 8:(Xx-Xx) 6pm, 1.01x, xx.x% attenuated, initiate cold crash
Day 9:(Xx-Xx) 6:30am, Added 1 tsp gelatin in 1 cup boiled then cooled RO water to Fermonster through airlock hole
Day 11:(Xx-Xx) Xxm Closed transfer to Corny keg and put onto kegerator II system
