Notes
Dry hop @ 1.030. Optionally, split up dry hop 75% @ 1.030 and 25% after fermentation is finished and beer is cold crashed. Lower temp dry hop reduces myrcene extraction leading to the fruitier compounds being more expressive.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
