Notes

Double ground conditioned wheat at .030 ground rest at .030 well conditioned PH was 5.41 so added2 ml did not retest did not take OG until after 10 min of boiling. reading was 1.040 so .004 high. had .5-1.5 gallion extra intial vol level was over the site glass markings so hard to be exact. Boilded for an extra 5 minutes to get gravity reading correct. ended with 5 gallons last 1.5 -2 gallons was still in boil kettle when the pump stopped. there was a lot of hop sludge and clogged diptube screen dumped that into HD bucket and put in fridge to make starters from.
