Taste Notes

Single crushed the grains @ .4 Left it the fuck alone for 75 minutes, mashed at 67c with new jacket on, works pretty well Mash efficiency = 67.6%, way LOW on pbg, no clue why, was way off last few times After boil dropped temp to 80c, added hops loose (2.5 oz each simcoe and citra) for 30 minutes. Pump running, no heat on. covered with lid, put on new jacket, left alone Transferred .5g of trub in order to get up to 5.5g in the fermentor Still some hops floating on top of beer when started cold crash

PBG:1.041 OG:1.050 FG:1.009 Mash Efficiency: 66% LOW Brewhouse Efficiency: 57.3% Attenuation: 83.x% (dry hop creep) ABV : 5.4% TBC Day 1:(Sat-J9) Pitch 1 pack S-04 British at 3pm OG 1.050 set temp at 20c in kegerator fridge with heat belt on the inkbird Day 3:(Mo-J11) 7pm Gravity 1.016(tilt), activity slowing down significantly added all dry hops (5.35oz Citra and Simcoe) through can Day x:(xx-J1x) turned up to 22c Day 11:(We-J20) 7am Gravity 1.010(t), Turn temp down to .5c Day 14:(Sa-J23) 2pm FG: 1.009, closed transfer to keg, force carb ~35psi for 19 hours Day 15:(Su-J24) 9am Drop down to 12psi Day 18:(Th-J30) Carbed and drinkable? Day xx:(xx-Jxx) Kicked the keg
