The 2.64 lb Extra Light DME was really 3.3 lb Extra Light LME
Planned on using 2.25 qts of water for the mash, actually used 2.25 gallons...
Added way too much water on accident in the mash resulting in very low efficiency and added too much water to the fermenter...
Need to fix the water amounts (lower the batch size) and increase the efficency.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
