Notes

My goal of this recipe was to replicate a recipe from morebeer.com but add a twist to the final product. I looked at a honey pale ale and felt that having a hint of orange would give some citrusy notes to compliment the sweetness of the honey and bitterness of the beer. I wanted to add a herb of some kind but was unable to find it. I would have added either rosemary, lemongrass, or thyme to add a freshness and almost herbal taste. My hops stayed the same until the aroma hop. I felt that the citra hop would give a better aroma than cascade. If anything else stands out email me and I would gladly explain my reasoning. dg476918@ohio.edu
