Notes

Pumpkin Roasting-Use baking pumpkin and pie pumpkin. Split in half, place face down on foil lined baking sheet, roast at 325 for 1-1/2 hours. Pumpkin Pie Spice mixture-1-1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 each tsp nutmeg, cloves, allspice.
