Taste Notes

The perfect summertime Kolsch! Came out perfect! Slightly sweetand dry, with a nice mellow malty flavour with faint caramel undertones. Sweet malt and subtle flowery aroma. Very refreshing! A Keeper! Need to mass produce this one.

Notes

for a 15 gallon batch, make 12 gallons @ 1.058 OG and add 1 gallon of distilled water to each of 3 6 gallon carboys then ferment.
