Taste Notes

Western Idaho Fair: 36.9 Lots of opinions on this one Jeremy insisted that vinegar is not to style and was off putting. He suggested that it may have aged too long. The orange and brown color and notes of stale bread might back up this idea. Dan said it was very drinkable with no real notes for improvement. Seemed to think that it was okay. Issac noted stale bread flavors, hits of brown (and floaties). Also noted a lack of carbonation. Said more carbonation could help but noted it was quite dynamic. Nicole said, that it was good althought there’s some question as to whether vinegar is an acceptable flavor. Southern New England Regional Homebrew Competition: 39 One judge remarked that it felt thin but had a good balance. Also noted ‘thp cheerio presence’ both remarked that more funk could be better. The other mentioned that more carbonation might be better (although it did hit the ‘medium’ mark I declaired)
