Notes

Malts taken from Bare recipe on can for "BUD Baby Unicorn Dust" 3-12-22 Hop usage and amounts for the 3 stages; at whirlpool, at 1.020, and at terminal schedule taken from "Unicorn Dust" can. Different hop selection was based on what was on hand and based on Trillium "Twin Bines" using HBC 630 dry hopping together with Simcoe whirlpool. BE water volumes Mash with 5 gallons Warm to 158F Add sparging water to 5.5 gallons Sparging water at 168 F
