Notes
1.7L starter with 4.6 oz DME.
Mash with tap water 1.7 g CaCl2, 0.7 g epsom salt.
Sparge with 0.9 g CaCl2 and 0.35 g epsom salt per batch.

11/25: made starter.
11/27: placed starter in fridge to decant.
11/28: Mash temps of 152°F/155°F/165°F. Decoctions of 0.5 gal (thick) and 1.5 gal (thin). Boiled each for 7.5 min. 1.048 OG, 5 gal. Pitched @60°F and placed in fridge with SP of 50°F.
11/29: down to 52°F in am.
12/6: 1.022. Moved to ambient.
12/7: increased SP to 64°F. Ambient in basement is 61°F.
12/8: SP to 66°F. 1.018.
12/9: SP to 67°F.
12/11: 1.016. Still shows some activity.
12/14: 1.016. Smells very clean. Moved to fridge to cold crash. Keg in 2 days.
