Notes

5 oz Rakau, 4 oz Vic Secret, 1 oz Cryo Mosaic Ideally use RVA Manchester ale yeast. Add 1 g Gypsum, 3 g CaCl2 to mash water. Add 0.4 g gypsum and 1.5 g CaCl2 per batch sparge. Steep hops @180F. 5 day dry hop into primary @50% attenuation (1.030). 2nd dry hop is in keg. 6/10: 5.25 gal. 1.059 gravity. Aroma steep started @170F. Smells awesome. Tropical fruit notes and some resiny pine. Pitched RVA Manchester Ale @72F. Placed next to air vent to cool closer to 66F. 6/11: temp still 72F. 6/12: temp down to 68F. 6/13: AM - dropped to 64F. Gravity is 1.034. Smells very peachy. Added first dry hop addition in pm (1.031). 6/20: am - gravity of 1.016. Smells like mangoes and peaches. Plan on kegging in evening with keg hops. 6/22: kegged with keg hops. 1.015. Really juicy, but with some resin underneath from the Vic Secret. Should be more juicy with the Rakau & Cryo Citra keg hops.
