Notes

Mash with 0.2 g gypsum, 1.5 g CaCl2, and 1.2 g baking soda. Sparge with 0.1 g gypsum, 1.3 g CaCl2, and 0.9 g baking soda per batch sparge. 12/16: brewed. 1.056, about 5.3 gal. Overcooled to 55F. Waiting for wort to warm before pitching. 12/27: gravity of 1.024. still has krausen. 12/31: 1.022. Still has krausen. Wait another 3-5 days and transfer. 1/6/2018: kegged. 1.020. Trying to our of primary femrenter into second bucket. And then into kegs.
