Notes
v3 - changed the water profile, added brown malt & changed lactose for maltodextrin. All dark grains in mash by mistake instead of mash/steep
Tasted this version, and it is excellent. Absoltely no changes requuired. Just need to decrease the carbonation to 1.8 vols as some bottles exploded. Do not use dextrose at bottling. Only lactose and malto
v3.0.1 - do not use bottling sugar as Malto provides enough
v3.0.2 - Do not use Malto during bottling. ALot of bottles still exploded. Will instead add the 1.5 lbs of Maltodextrin during boil
