Day 5:(Fr-M20) 5pm Move to laundry room to slowly ramp up to 21 and finish fermentation
Day 8:(Mo-M23) 3pm FG 1.008, move to fermentation chamber set at .5 and add full co2 bladder
Day 10:(We-M25) 8pm, FG 1.008, closed transfer to keg, Put on second system at 45psi for x hours
Day 20:(Fr-J3) Carbed and drinkable
Day 26:(Th-J9) Bottle for EHG Club Comp (New Bottles)
