Our first double brew!

Rob’s after primary = 1.010
Tim’s after primary = 1.010
Amazingly the same, despite Rob having put in a 2nd packet of yeast because his primary wasn’t popping like Tim’s.
Tim’s is more tangy and a bit thinner in body, Rob’s a bit more of a body and … yeasty? Theory: Rob’s 2nd packet (pitched only 24 hrs ago) still working? And yet, ABV exaactly the same.

Both FG at 1.008. Both taste more or less the same. Proven: a 2nd packet of yeast does next to nothing for flavor.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
