Notes
This batch will be an attempt to replicate the Bottle Conditioned Brown Ale that sat, refridgerated, for eight months.
Split beer in half. 4.75 gallons fermented in the Big Bubbler and 4.75 gallons in a glass carboy.
Kegged two 5 galloners on August 25, 2021.
Plan on sampling at end of year.
February 11, 2022. Sampling keg for first time. Holy shit. This has matured into a beautiful roasty chocolately malt. This shit is the bomb. Just a more complex drink. Might peak in two months.
