Notes from Henry: 65% 2Row 15% Wheat Malt 15% Flaked Oats 5% Lactose 17Plato Madasgacan Vanilla Bean Start fermentation at 66F. On day 2, raise to 70F until terminal. At terminal, add dry hops and vanilla bean. Dry hop for 3-4 days before crashing/conditioning.
